i purchased voltas ac and its been over a year no reminder no company personel come reach to us for the free service of my ac , and now when it started creating problem i called customer service they say i will be charged , i assure you no reminder has been provided by the company regarding service and we are very busy in our life no one has time to remember its servicing, samsung are far better than your company, i think i made a mistake purchasing voltas ac,, sorry my fault,, and and now i will never suggest anyone to purchase voltas product, and also know that my this mail is also ain’t gonna affect anyone
