Un necessary deduction.

I have a simple phone. My GPRS setting is disabled.
My sim card is from Telenor having no 9175723914. Now I believe it is Airtel.
It keeps on deducting

Usage : 1KB
Charge : Rs 0.20
Balance Talktime Rs. 9.12

and this keeps on continuing till the balance becomes Zero.
I have checked all my settings. Can;t find any problem.
GPRs is disabled.

Kindly forward to Telenor or Airtel.
