Hello redbus team,
This is Ashvin, today (4 June 18) I have booked ticket from Mumbai to Jalgaon which have to travel on 8th June but automatically it was booked for today’s date i.e 4th of June and according to bus policy I can not reimburse it.
How did this happen..I won’t booked for 4th june…I want my money back or change my date of travel from 4 to 8 June.
