Let me introduce myself I kanhaiya Lal Rungta have a connection of airtel dth since last 1& half years first year the service was good after the expire of first year the actual problem started every month I have to make a complain to the customer care about the service and the feedback is like that we are a idet and we are foolish people every time they are asking for the service charges why for the same problem.
Pls look in the matter on urgent basis
