Complaint against Fraudulent charges of Capital First

Hi,

I, Swapan Banerjee holding a Capital First emi card from last 7 years. My card number is 115215. The card itself was valid upto 11/17.

I did not make any purchase after the year 2015 and cleared all dues. However every year by any means I get a message whereby there is some late payment charges levied that they are going to charge to my bank account. Few years back they did something same and again I received a message on 24th of May, 2018 stating

“An amt of Rs.400 is overdue on your Loan account 2408623 towards penal charges.Debit for Rs.400 will happen on 30th May18 from your bank account-CapitalFirst”

I sent an email to their customer care email id because they do not respond to the calls I received a reply few days back to reply from registered email id. However I sent the email from the registered email id only.

Then till yet they did not resolve the query and constantly sending some unusual emails like the due was for some bounce charge that is levied on February 05, 2015 etc. Then I asked why they are charging after 3 years why not then.

When I’m replying they are just circulating the matter without solving it. This looks completely Fraudulent and harassing the customers.

Request to take stun action against this kind of thing.

    This is regards to ECB card I called customer care executive informd that I can visit and purchase what ever I wish to he informd the limit is 90k .and again he saying there is cheque bounce in the past so I m not eligible for card ,1st thing I told your executive at the outlet that My HDCF account is not in use its salary account I left that job take my AXIS account details he took my both cheques. I don’t know why that guy linked my HDFC account that is not my mistake and every month I m paying on 5th for online transactions will take 5 days that’s not my mistake I want my card this all your mistake that you took Bank details of my inactive bank account just because 6 months salary credited in my axis bank that was my new job why that ur executive said card is approved I can go and purchase query no 20260720 my contract no 8328221025 capotal frost account no:13821989

Harashment of customer from your tellecallers end i have some voice records how he talk with the customer today i am very unhappy from capital first service.i have so many loans in bajaj capital but this time i was very unsatisfied..this type of service i cant except from capital..if you say then i have the call records which she was say minimum 25 times call from another another no.
    The lady dont know how to talk with the customers.
