on 28 Apr 2018, I paid an amount of 1220 to coolwinks through the Phonepe payment app. I returned my order to coolwinks and they told me they will refund the amount to me. on 15 May 2018, they refund the amount of rupee 1220, to my Phonepe wallet on phone pay app it was showing that refund is received from coolwinks and 50 rupee which was previously in my wallet successfully added in wallet but 1170 rupee not returned to my account and tried to talk there customer care they said that transaction is successful from our side we already paid your amount to your bank account, I told them it is not showing in my account. they told me that it’s bank mistake of not showing the amount go and contact your bank branch. I talked to my branch manager he told me that why would we stop someone money to go to there account. They are playing a blame game with me. Kindly Please help me.
