I have purchased a 3 BHK flat in March 2016 at their project named MOTI RESIDENCY situated at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, U.P.
The builder was very good till the full payment was not given. He gave possession without OC and promised to get OC within a week.
It is more than 2 years now and there is no sign of builder getting OC. He has looted several other occupants who are living there. Parking slot has not been provided till date. There were several defects in the flat which have not been rectified inspite of several emails.
The entire false ceiling of one of the toilet had fallen and it could have been fatal if someone was using the toilet. The builder has not done anything about it.
He doesn’t have any money for other towers and has offered a swap scheme wherein you surrender your existing flat and he shall give you lumpsum as well as monthly rentals. It is a trap for which many have fallen prey.
The builder needs to be arrested immediately.
