This is a fake company, created to cheat Government and its vendor and other related persons. The actual company name is “Ematrix Knowledge Solution Private Limited” or “Ematrix Knowledge Solution LLC”. There are huge tax burden outstanding against the company. There already faced legal notice from ESI and other Labour Departments. They have not paid tax since 2014. There are TDS outstanding against the company. They CEO and Director “Kaushik Basumallick” is the mastermind of this fraud. His brother “Kabin Basumallick”, another cheater, is helping him in these fraudulent activities.

They created “GNSQ Global Service Delivery (OPC) Private Limited” and “G&S Quotient Inc”/”G&S Quotient LLC”. Now they will Close “Ematrix Knowledge Solution”, with all the outstanding due to Government and other vendors.

The product of “G&S Quotient LLC” is fully erroneous. They have no proper source for the raw data. So it yield corrupt and erroneous feed. Major clients already rejected the data feed. Only one client called “Benzinga” is buying the corrupted data. They made Benzinga fool.

All the concerned official please take action against these two criminals called “Kaushik Basumallick” and “Kabin Basumallick”.

    I am the Manager Human Resources and Accounts at the Kolkata office of Ematrix Knowledge Solution.
    I am writing this to clarify that these are all factually incorrect and baseless allegations made with malicious intent by a former employee hiding under an anonymous identity. That employee was terminated with cause in December of 2017 after he worked for the company for 10 years. In addition to his abysmally bad performance, continually deceitful behavior, creating a hostile environment in the office, the said employee tried to steal confidential information and intellectual property from the company and smuggle those out.
    We have identified the employee and appropriate legal actions are being initiated against him thru all legal recourse available to the company, including but not limited to those for cyber defamation.
