I had booked MERLIN 123 from TVC SKY SHOP on 13/04/2010 after watching the adv. on TV .After 2 days the delivery boy came and made the delivery around evening.After he left when I thoroughly checked the product I found that the juicer was defective and it had cracks on it which made it impossible to use.I immediately called the delivery boy and he directed me to call the customer care.I have been calling the customer care for the past one month but no one is ready to take the responsibilty to replace the product.They are saying they will replace the product in one week but till today they have not done that.Everyday I call and they keep on repeating the same thing again & again.
I had booked the product from my number (9892212163) and on delivery i had made the full payment of Rs.3490. I am calling on their cust. care no.(18602335786) but they are making false promises of replacing the product.Everytime i call a new person attends it and i have to repeat everything again and again.I had mostly talked with one POONAM & VAISHALI.My system order no. is OC2358289 .
Please help me to either to get the product replaced or to get my money back .I am hoping you will help me.
