My grofers order ORD077980243 was scheduled to be delivered on 11 May 2018 6am-9am.
At 9 am, order was set as delivered but i waited till 9:30 am and still order was not delivered. I was getting late for office but constantly tried to call customer care number and it only said “ALL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE BUSY”. I was not having mobile number of delivery boy as order was marked as delivered. I tried to contact on chat and mentioned my problem but he just copy pasted lines “THANKS FOR CONTACTING GROFERS. YOU CAN CHECK ORDER STATUS IN APP”. How cheap reply? Order status was already delivered in app, how could i check order status in app.
Afternoon, i got call from senior manager of grofers and he promised to deliver order by EOD after 8 pm as per my request. But i didn’t get any delivery even now(going to be net day mid night).As I am not having delivery boy number(as order marked as delivered), I tried to call customer care to ask about my delivery but automated voice was only saying “WORKING HOURS IS BETWEEN 9AM TO 6:30PM” and call was getting disconnected after this automated voice.
I checked on social media and got to know that it is very common for grofers to mark order as delivered even when order is not delivered and there were already complaints about the same problem which shows it is very common for grofers.
I made a huge mistake by ordering on grofers and paying before delivery. Request you to please get my order delivered which is marked as delivered.
