Dear, sir, we used tikona from 3 long years but last 7 months we are not getting enough speed so i call tikona care that I want to stop using your network u please tack this out .but all the month ending parson comes and said that this time u won’t get any problems please use tikona only .if you check the ditails of my accounts u will get to know that how many times my complaints are registered there I am not getting enough speed so they should take this off. Even I said them that I not using now your network please close my account but they did not close and now they are calling me and harassing me that pay the amount. Today I got call from advocate that call me regarding that bill .
