I bought a Honda CB SHINE on 18/04/2018 from Rahul/United Honda,Moranhat,DIST.Dibrugarh(Assam).The full payment of the bike was paid through my financier Syndicate bank,Moran Branch.They delivered the bike without the Saree Guard.I am facing problems for this.One day my aunt fell from my bike because of this and her head was badly injured.Whenever I asked the dealer for this they simply says that “We shall call u”.
Please help.
