Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully it is to complain before your honor that in order to disconnect the above cited telephone and Broadband connection the BSNL has taken back telephone instrument and Broadband Mpdem along with Demand Notes for Rs. 2000/- & Rs. 2626/- in ORIGINAL on 6th January ’18. But still now BSNL is not ready to refund me deposited amount of security for Broadband + cost of Broadband Modem + cost of telephone instrument i.e. Rs. 750 + 1600 + 150/-= Rs. 2500/-. However, BSNL has passed my claim only for Rs. 739/- out of Rs. 2000/- deposited as security for telephone connection after adjusting two monthly telephone Bills for the months of December, 2017 and January, 2018 as both the Bills were delivered after 6th January, 2018 i.e. date of surrender of connection. Although it is highly objectionable that the BSNL has raised last Bill Upto 31st January, 2018 whereas both the connections were surrendered on 6th January, 2018.
In substantiation of my claims I am enclosing herewith one copy each of two Demand Notes, receipt of 6th January, 2018 and last Bill for the month of January, 2018 to establish that the Bill was raised upto 31st January, 2018.
In view of the genuineness of my above claim, the BSNL (e-mail ID of the cpncerned official [email protected]) kindly be directed to do the following within a reasonable period as your honor deem fit:
1. To refund at least Rs. 739/- + Rs. 2500/-(as detailed abpve)= Rs. 3,239/-.
2 Any other relief which your honor deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
