It is very unfortunate to write this query as i was not able to contact you on your toll free number. I have paid the premium on 3rd April 2018, my medical was done, till now ie,. 2ND MAY, the status of my policy is pending. I never know you people will take a month to process/underwrite a term policy. For payment of premium your staff will call me at 10pm in the night, but for any enquiry your numbers will not work after 6pm. I was literally surprised to see that such a so called organisation with Multinational presence is not only able to issue a policy but also no update was given to me till date.
This shows the negligence of your concerned department. Many people told me that why i am going to purchase policy online instead of taking it from branch. I told them thats not an issue. But you proved me wrong because when i called to the nearest Aegon Branch office at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, they told me that they cannot assist me as i purchased online.
I hope that atleast now you will inform me the status and issue the policy. I will be much happy if you refund my premium as i already became your dissatisfied customer.
