Then again the replaced product started behaving strangely, during calls it automatically disconnects the call after some seconds, also during listening to songs, the song was getting paused itself then after the Halo Smart went totally dead. So I raised my second complaint on February 23, 2018.
After facing such a bad experience with Jabra Jabra Halo Smart I requested Jabra to upgrade the replaced product with Jabra Elite 25e and I was even ready to pay the differences in the amount but anyhow they replace Halo Smart with Elite 25e.
After I got a replacement with Jabra Elite 25e, this product was so fragile and of low quality may be, while I was jogging wearing the Elite 25e the Earplugs/Earphones came off with the wire it was attached. I was so disgusted with the quality of the product.
Again I wrote a mail to Jabra on April 17, 2018, since I didn’t want to argue with them on the quality of the product so I demanded to repair the product and enquired about the cost of repair as physical damage does not cover in the warranty. Then the Jabra People started ignoring my emails and took over 10 days of time and the executive I was talking to just wrote, “Sorry for the inconvenience, As per our team suggestion, These earphones are not meant for jogging. We are unbale to support any physical damage.”
Not meant for jogging? I mean are they even serious? And however, how can they deny to repair their own product which is now under warranty? And when I am even ready to pay for the repair costs. It has not been a year since I’ve replaced my product twice. They have always sent me a faulty product and now they are not replying to my single mail. This is a complete cheating to customers.
