Product status changes as delivered but it’s yet delivered

Hi,
I was ordered a shoe on 21st apr 2018 on amazon and paid online. Still i’m not getting my product but the status changes as delivered on 28th apr 2018. It’s a pure fraudulent activity and i need my product immediately. This is happening 2nd time, already my father face this same problem with amazon.
