SBI was worst in cust service but now they have gone to another level down by double charging cust if they want to close outstanding amt or cancel card.
I contacted sbi cc representative on call to ask total due which needs to be paid to end outstanding. He confirmed 65000 and i paid. Later i leaned that bill was generated for 62000 including interest fee. I am also getting msgs n email frok sbi that they are sendingme new CC at my address. I never asked for it. When i called, they say its new card with more benefit. But i never requested any benefit. I already hate the one i have. When i asked to cancel all my cards then they say i still hav outstanding of 957 rs… When i never used this card . Now they are charging me for interest in the past before paying outstanding. But i was not informed there is still some interest fee when i called to clear all balance. Now they can’t even give proper explanation on anything. Wheni asked to transfer callto supervisor or manager representative refused by sayingthey all are busy. Pathetic way to treat customer. They don’t care. Even i paid this 957 to cancel this card but this is my money which i earn with day and night efforts. I want to sue them for their poor service and loads of charges.
