What use does the app have, if the service provided is the worst? I have been a Vodafone user for nearly 8 years. After the initial years of comparatively better service in prepaid, they dragged me to be a postpaid user with attractive offers. But it has taken some time for me to realise that all these acts have been parts of a master plan by these fraudsters. After the initial months of offers at the promised rate, they started to levy additional charges (esp. VAS charges). Every time a complaint was made they would try to hush it up by refunding a part of these charges. But I am irritated to the core by the regular monitoring I have to do and the calls I have to make. Also think of the lakhs of people who have never observed these charges and thus allow these fraudsters to thrive and become obese! I hope this obesity will definitely lead to their sudden demise! I have started the procedure to port my number to BSNL… May other Indians to have similar wisdom to be away from these corporate fraudsters…
