Refund not recieved

Sir,
This is a complaint regarding order number 408-6470722–1371502 which was purchased from amazon. I returned this order because it’s quality was not good. After a few days when I called the customer care to know my refund status they said they have not received the item yet and once they get the item they will proceed further. But after a week when there was still no response from their side I called them back to know the status of my refund again but this they told me that they have received the wrong item so no refund will be provided till the correct order is sent back by me which I have already given to them for the refund. Even the person who picked the order for return checked the product carefully and then gave the acknowledgment slip. I also have the acknowledgment slip for the same that the order has been picked up after carefully checking it and now they’re saying they have received the wrong item. This type of thing was not expected from amazon. Please a necessary and quick action should be taken for this and I need my refund back. In anticipation of an early response.
