The Concerned Officer, Sir/Madam, I hold Tata Docomo data card having no. 9222218061 and using since 2014. oflate I was receiving multiple messages from Tata Docomo mentioning they are discontinuing service hence I can go for GSM from any agency of my choice. M/s. FRONTLINE SALESMART PRIVATE LIMITED, Mumbai people on their own contacted me and mentioned that I can go for Airtel Hotspot in lieu of Tata Docomo data card. One of their representative contacted me and met me personally and took my ICICI cheque no. 52751 dt. 12th March, 2018 for Rs.2400/- and handed over to me an Airtel SIM and collected my Tata Docomo data card having no. 9222218061. Further, he assured me that may be in a day or two I will get Airtel Hotspot device which they did accordingly. To my surprise I am still getting Tata Docomo Bill/s for no usage. Kindly take a serious note that these agencies are misguiding customers and getting business for them. No fault of me I am Tata Docomo bill/s of Rs.885/- per month (for March and April, 2018) which I have to settle and Frontline Salesmart Private Limited company has duped me.
