I booked an order about a cell phone from Amazon on 26 march 2018 and made the payment through my debit card. I received the product on 29 march 2018 . But the was not up to my expectations. It was having camera, voice and speed issues.so the same day I lodged a return request and refund. Very next day the Amazon delivery guy came to pick up the return. He was worst fellow I HV ever met. I HV my own hospital and having the residence in the same . That delivery boy just throw away product asking for ear phone which was not a part of product. My hospital reception staff requested him repeatedly that ear phone was not with the product so please take the return. But that delivery boy behaved like a local gunda(goon) and start shouting at my staff. Reception staff asked him repeatedly to talk peacefully and gracefully as it was a hospital. That delivery just throw the product on the floor abusing my staff and challenged that nobody in Amazon will take a pick-up without my permission. I called the Amazon customer care and complained about boy and asked to send any other guy to pick-up the item . The customer care executive confirmed that there was no ear phone with the product and felt sorry and assured me to get the pickup done make the refund next day.
But pickup was not done . Again and again I kept calling customer care and they gave same answer that pickup will be done tomorrow and every day they send a massage that pick-up is canceled due to network issue. Till date they are playing the same game with me. When I called on the Amazon delivery agent no he told arrogantly that nobody will came for pick-up of product. I again called the customer care and told them your pick-up guys is creating the problem and there reply was…….we have only guy in that area and he will not come and we can’t take any action against him…
Amazon company is totally fraud company. Having gunda as a delivery and pickup guys…
I will file a complaint in consumer court also..
