I had ordered for customized jewellery boxes from the following vendor:

In June 2017. Delivery was promised in a month’s time. I had paid Rs. 10,000/- as advance to the vendor. The vendor had not provided any bill for the product as well.
It’s 12th April 2018, and till date after more than 50 follow-ups the vendor has not delivered the products. Now when I’m demanding return of my funds the vendor is refusing to pay back the money as well into my account.
Horrible services and particularly false and misleading promises were made all along the period by the partner of the company Mrs. Sunita Jain.
