I own an Alienware premium laptop by dell, which is almost 1.6 lakh Indian rupees(2400 $ US DOLLORS) .Since march of 2017 the laptop was being repaired and got 16+ services which includes 6+ times of motherboard replacement 8+ times of screen replacement 5+times of speakers sub woofer and keyboard replacement. Yet the issue wasn’t solved. All my earnings depends on my laptop I work on 3d Designs (Interiors). Because of the number of times of the services I could do my work properly and this is making me so depressed.
And I don’t know what to do about it because after June 2018 the warranty period will get expired and the company will eventually make me pay for everything which they couldn’t resolve the issue while the product is in the warranty period.
Kindly let me know how to deal with this issue.
