HDFC Bank manhandles customer instead of help

Hi,
I know that HDFC bank no more cares for customers, since I am still a customer while I am in process to close my engagements with HDFC, I would like to inform how the HDFC employees and security behave with a customer at a branch in Roorkee.
I want to part pay the car loan, which was offered to me by Bank at my door step, I prepared a cheque and submitted to a the Banker Miss Geeta (2nd floor, HDFC Bank Purwawali, Ganeshpur, Roorkee).
I was accompanied with my senior citizen father, who didn’t even get a seat as there was hardly any in wait lounge. After a long wait, the executive started dealing with me verbally all details orally communicated from a distance of 20m in presence of other customers, which I objected.
Then after that I was asked to come again after 3pm to deposit the hdfc cheque, when I came again after 3pm, the staff member Geeta, gave me a receipt and requested me to speak in Hindi only (Since the form was in EngIish, she couldn’t understand anything in form as well). After so much of wasting time, she asked me to go to ground floor to submit the cheque on some other counter, instead of depositing herself. Receipt sent to them on email.
The ground floor was secured by a guard (4pm), who didn’t even listen to my query and manhandled me, although i told him the purpose politely, i tried to see his name plate, which he didn’t show, threatening me of false charges (can check the cctv) .
I was having short of time, but this is what i faced today and this is second of its kind at the same branch, earlier it was Mr. Bhanu hdfc Roorkee, who assured of a good behaviour.
HDFC is a bank name which i trusted and believed and loved so much, my heart is broken by the level of services provided to customers now.
Although I am in a process of closing all my engagements with hdfc, still i thought to inform you, no hopes from this email as well.
Mr. Bhanu Sharma email is is copied to inform him again what hdfc branch offers to its old customers, continuously after false assurances.
A serious question: would you tolerate such a bad behaviour from any of your vendor?
