Product not Durable

I had purchased a LG refregirator in Nov 2015. It has been approximately 2.4 years from the date of purchase and unfortunately the product has a defect wherein there is no cooling. A technician visited from LG and asked to change the mother board and few other things Which costs about 5000 approx.
Paying a high amount for a branded refrigerator has no worth.
Chroma needs to be sued
