reversal of charges debited as ECS charges

Dear team
We had purchased a new Samsung LED with Bajaj Finance Ltd. in July 2017. We had given all the documents those were required for the loan purpose. The first installment for the loan was suppose to be debited in august 2017 but it didn’t pass. In last week of august 2017 an agent from bajaj came to us and told that there was some technical problem. He asked for the payment of installment by cash or cheque. We paid the installment by cheque and he told that he would be collecting rest of the installments by cash or cheque. We agreed to this. After two or three months when we checked the bank statement there were ECS return charges (ECS return charges Rs. 100+GST Rs. 18- twenty five times till date) inspite of sufficient funds in the account all the time. When we asked the bajaj agent,he talked to cocerned employee on phone and told us that these charges were taken by the bank. Bank told that it is the fault of bajaj finance. In march 2018,bajaj agent along with concerened employee Mr. Manish Verma came to collect the installment,we asked for the reversal of charges, then they gave us a mandate form to fill and told that after filling thus form the charges shall not be debited from the account but when we asked that what about the charges had been debited since last seven or eight months,he talked rudely and denied for the reversal of charges. On April 3,2018 we went to bank amd rang Mr. Manish Verma so that he and manager of the bank should talk to each other to provide us the solution. But Mr. Manish Verma disconnected the phone by saying,” I don’t want to talk”. Then we talked to the bank manager she told us that how can bajaj send ECS to bank without getting mandate form filled? We are feeling so much harrased that where are we at fault in this matter? kindly arrange to provide the solution for reversl of charges with interest.
