I have done TWO online transactions to place product IFB 6kg fully automatic front load worth 18749/- on 9th august 2017 with debit card because of technical issues both the transaction were failed and ONE transaction amount of 18749/- was refunded/credited to my account on 11th august 2017 and another transaction amount were not refunded till today. I have been contacted HDFC Customer care people through phone emails and written complaint also lodged in HDFC bank but there is no solution. They are not responsible towards customer complaints and every time replying same answer as we looking further to solve your complaint and your reference is 1376288, 1400356 since from 6months. The issue is very serious and HDFC customer support officers Mr Arun kumar, Elakkiya B are not at all serious towards my complaint. I have submitted every document that are required but there is no use. I have contacted Home branch HDFC bank jubliee hills and they are help less.
