I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime ( Black , 4 GB Ram +64GB Memory ) Purchase ( Mobile Phone) from Amazon. in website,OrderDate.18-Feb-2018 , Order No.405-5775829-5058740 Rs.14990.00 under exchange Moto G 4 Plus but they have delivered 22.02.2018 time.01.15 P.M (Exchange Moto G 4 Plus )and Box open (Stone ) received and non any bill and Serial No . item received
Please look into the issue very seriously because the Amazon.in is using a online platform to advertise the website by giving unbelievable offers. i got cheated but i dont want others to get cheated by this Amazon. in company.
if proper action taken right now we can save many people from being cheated.
