Transaction was not successful, tried to contact with every possible way to the company

Hi, i have made a payment transaction through paytm reference order id 107336889562, i contacted the merchant & they confirmed that they did not receive the payment. i tried every possible way to reach paytm company. i am not even able to see the order id in order history. i hope for a quick resolution. & money refund
