This complaint is in reference to an order of a phone with
(order number-406-3890763-0088300), that I had placed on 9th Feb 2018. After patiently waiting for a week when the delivery date was 13th Feb itself, I placed a cancellation and total refund on my order on 17th Feb. In spite of the horrible service, I have been kind enough to request them to generate a refund as mentioned on their own site that all online payment refunds are generated within 2-4 days itself. Today is the 22nd Feb and there is no sign of a refund. These guys have been going in circles by telling the product is on the way. They have not yet resolved my issues and have absolutely not followed any ethics whatsoever. The customer care people would recite from the tracking status that even I can see on Amazon site, nothing else will be told to me but simply to wait and wait and wait. I ask of anyone in this community to help me deal with this problem. I am just a student and things like these really matter highly. I request people here to kindly go through my grievances and suggest me further steps
