I am a prime member with amazon, i started facing problems for order shipped through blue dart courier service, i have reached amazon by April 2017 when for the first time it was updated as if product was delivered but it’s not. So I got my refund. Thereby, whenever product is shipped through blue dart, no call from courier, no delivery attempt, nothing, but it will be updated as out for delivery in Varanasi which is 150km from my address or else delivered in Varanasi. Every time I complain to amazon, they have promised it won’t repeat and they won’t ship any product through bludart. But it’s happening again and again. I pleaded them kindly enquire what is happening because all of my order is prepaid, but amazon said our back end team will take action which can’t be revealed to customer. More than 10 order is sent back my bludart in span of 8months. I have provided all order id but no action.
Because of these people fault, i have gone through a lot.
I won’t get product which I ordered with much expectations. They it will take totally 14 to 30 days to refund (shipping 10days+ waiting 4days+ product returned by courier to seller +7 days+ refund to bank 7days) think about it
I would have ordered in some deal at less price by the time I get my refund to order again product will be out of stock or price will go up as deal would have expired. Amazon is arrogant, Feb 9th i ordered, 10th i saw updated as if product is shipped through Blue dart, called customer service saying already amazon has promised me that they won’t ship by blue dart then how? But I was told, no sir we will give us one more chance but today 20th Feb still product is not delivered, it’s prepaid order, no phone call, showing delivery attempt in Varanasi.
