I booked 2 tickets from railyatri.in, first one was from ALLAHABAD to GORAKHPUR (pnr no XGKP4302041800003) and another was from GORAKHPUR to ALLAHABAD (pnr no XALD4102041800001) but in both cases very disappointing service was offered. In first case the bus was cancelled but I didn’t get any information then I called to upsrtc no, they told me about bus cancelation. In second case again I didn’t get any msg about bus information. I wanted to know the bus origin point because gorakhpur bus depo enquiry man told me that bus ll not go from here and told me another place, I went there also and waited for 3.30 but I couldn’t find the bus. I tried on all the numbers which were given on ticket, only upsrtc no was on and they told me that they didn’t ‘t have any information, ticket provider ll tell you. Then I mailed to railyatri’ s customer care email ID. They responded only for first ticket which was cancelled not for another one . after 4-5 days when I didn’t get my refund back I mailed again but they have not responded yet. It’s is about to 10 days but still I didn’t get any refund of either one.
