Unable to get International Roaming Service for +91-9766645838

Hello,
This is complain regarding service on my no +91-9766645838

Fade-up with the service provided , After multiple Service request and follow-up with “[email protected]” . I am unable to get service till date

Made payment twice for RS 3000 & Rs 4000 for Security deposit.But not reflecting in IDEA portal

Ref no RNIPOPSCN324982229 date : 08 Jan 2018 for Rs 3000 and RNIPOPSCN328022644 for 4000 dated 22 Jan 201
But not reflecting under Security Deposit, So unable get activate from my side

Rather than getting service you are increasing Credit limit without my confirmation

Further my request for solve the below points

1. Start my International Roaming Immediately.
2. Reduce Credit Limit to Rs.2000

Request you to resolve my problems, as my all OTP are linked with mobile no , which I am unable to use, lot of pending dues are depending on this.

Looking for favorable response rather than unnecessary service request
