Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to our telephone lines no 022-26707024,022-26707029,022-26702930 and 022-26703480.Since last 4 months we are frequently not receiving calls from any above landline numbers and also there are lot of disturbance. We have lodged numerous complaints and also met with your officials couple of times regarding the issue, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. We have given a reason as underground cable issue in our location and they don’t know when it will be cleared. It was also said by your official that it is issue with your EPABX and same was checked but it is proper.
Our entire official work gets disrupted. We have been using your service since last 1 year and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL. So requesting you to kindly look into the matter on top priority else we will be forced to discontinue with your services. We hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.
