BOGUS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have made a recharge in my aircel number today which says for Rs. 89 I will get 4gb 3G for 28 days. But after recharging almost 6hrs gone I still don’t get the benefit. Also while checking I found that my account balance became nil which I last checked was near about Rs. 90. But when I asked for support the customer care 121 and 198 they are continuously saying all the lines are busy. I have tried to contact for more than 3 hours. I will discontinue the aircel number due to such reason and I must say that it is the worst telecom service of our country. Also I recommend everyone not to buy Aircel.
