I have given oracle certification for java professional (1z0-851)on 28th Nov 2017. Still I am unable to view and download certificate.Please find the details below: Exam Date: 20/11/2017 Exam ID: 1z0-851 Oracle testing ID:OC174978 Center ID:80635 The exam center name and location is : Cloudnet .105/24B seal colony kolkata 74 The person I contacted for the exam is not helping at all.He is saying this is technical problem I can not do anything here. I have given 10,500 Rs for the exam , I have passed the exam then why should I not get the certificate. His name is Deepak Sahoo and contact number is :9433238524 Please resolve the issue urgently and requesting you to take necessary action against the center and that person. When the exam scheduled he was not present on that day. For that I had 1 hr hour delay to give the exam because the receptionist was setting up the exam as no one was present that day. Secondly during the exam there was a power cut off. And I had to leave without completing the exam because there was no back up if power cut off happens. Still I passed the exam. Thirdly in spite of passing the exam I am not able to download the certificate. PLease suggest me what should I Do.
