As my complaint is about the promo validity offer. On 9 nov 2017 i checked offer on my no at *121# and there i saw a recharge of 392 in which they are offering 84GB Data (1GB/Per day) and L + S unlimited calls for 84 days….as i recharge my no from Paytm …and i recieved the benefit…bt aftr 14 days the offer was discountinued by saying that the offer was for only 14 days and no offer 84 days was available to you and they decline to give additional benefit. So my request is to take action againts thr company and provide me benefits of my existing offer…
