Issues on Bill

Vodofone has cheated on me as no one is ready to take ownership of my querry.
I had migrated my vodofone postpaid plan from 499 to 349. Initially I wanted to cancel my plan because different service providers had better plan since I wanted to cancel my vodofone account hence vodofone retention team retained me with 349 plan which was suppose to be activated by 16th or 17th of Oct however the plan did not get activated till 25th of October. so when I called Vodofone they told me that due to their system issues plan did not get migrated however they promised that in the bill they will charge me on prorated basis. ( I have recording of the call where I was informed that due to system issues plan was not activated and I will get waiver on addition which I spoke to customer care from Vodofone)
Now my services will me suspended however no one is calling me to ask the issue and I am still left in A Mess with Vodofone
