Farud did by one assist consumer solution

I purchase mobile protection plan from One assist consumer solution on 22.05.2017 for any damage in mobile.
When my mobile got damage i sent to repair in one assist they send my mobile to MI authorized service center Indore.
my mobile only touch pad crack other part working well..but MI service center make estimate for touch pad change as well as main board change and tottal cost is 7236 rs..while mobile price before two year is 6999 now insurance company decline repair of that phone they told repair cost is more than 80% of your mobile present value so we cant repair and we provide 3199 rs for your mobile and one assist take that mobile and my protection plan end after that.
while my protection plan is valid for one year..they gave me two option you take 3199 rs or your damage mobile.
After that i told one assist to return my damage mobile and i not take your 3199 Rs..i told them my mobile only touch pad problem which repair cost almost 3000 rs with all tax then why you need to change main broad which price almost 4500 rs.
they told this is the estimation from mi authorized service center indore we cant do any thing. after then they also not want to return my mobile after 20-30 mail 50-60 call they return my mobile without repair..

I ask my nearest mobile shop after look my mobile they told no need to change main board only touch pad need to replace.
here main culprit is MI service center indore who want take money of main board with out replace..I ask to one assist why you not take any action against MI but they nothing told about that..i have estimation copy of MI service center in which they mention problem in only touch pad but still they make estimation of main borad.
