Network issue not resolved

Hi,

I moved to Mumbai at Khetwadi 2nd Lane, Mahaprabhu Krupa Bldg, 1st Floor, Blk No 6, Mumbai 400004 in March this year. When I moved, i found there is no Airtel Coverage for my #7022099881. So I lodged a complaint with Airtel on #121. However, after logging complaint after complaint, no action was being taken. I raised 5 complaints –

They called immediately, but they also just closed the calls saying Network improvement/upgrade needs to be done and it will take time. They had no answer to How much time? I have been following up with them every 15 days, but they never have an update on when the issue will be resolved.

For the past 6 months, whenever I am home, i am totally disconnected and am not reachable over phone. We have 4 Airtel numbers at my home and all are out of reach. My wife lost a job opportunity because she was not reachable. If I am paying monthly rental, i should be entitiled to a network coverage by the so called Largest telecom provider.

I am extremely unhappy. This worsens because i am getting full coverage of Jio at my home, but absolutely 0 bars of Airtel(not even regular call, forget 2g/3g/4g).
