Fraud for Annual Maintenance Contract

I had purchased a water filter of aquaguard and in last year the service center from kasarwadi asked me for having an annual service contract.
The person came for the agreement and took the cheque of about 1900, saying that I will get a free servicing and free replacements of parts, with two filter component replace in a year. One fo it they replaced immediately. When there was almost a month to go for service contract end, I called to replace the water filter component for second time. The person came but said that it will be chargable for me, when I showed him my agreement he said that he has to ask his manager. The manager arogantly said that my filter will get only one filter component replacement as it’s from a different series. But this thing they didnt tell at the time of agreement. In this way they made fraud of 1900 rs and deceived me giving mental frustration and I thought not to use Eureka forbes product anymore.

Please resolve the issue if possible
