my data plan was not provided as promised

This is a new sim which was charged 444 rs as regarding to the plan that i will be provided with 1 GB data per day and unlimited calling for 3 months..but after buying the sim i got only 2 GB 3G Data n calling for 35 days I wasn’t using 4G mobile when I bought the sim since I’m not told about details on 4g mobile offer.
I am fed up calling retailer and customer care but i havent found any solution for this,they said that they will be calling within 24 hours.i didn’t receive a call instead they blocked my number.
When I went to Vodafone showroom regarding clarification on this the executive asked me to throw my Vodafone sim and move on.I never expected such a response.
Even the retailer was betraying me since 5 days..and i havent got my data yet..kindly go through the legal procedures so i could get the benifits..if i didnt recieve any instant action..then it is sad to say that i will go to consumer forum..
