I have returned a product but not got the money back

I have ordered a cooling pad (Order 405-4829464-0991555), but it was not of appropriate size as mentioned in product details, so i returned it to the address provided by the company(AMAZON.IN), but still not got the refund money(Rs 1575) and shipment charges(Rs 500).

It’s been 1 month from the date of product purchased, i have also filed a claim for refund, still no action taken. I want my money back immediately.

So please take serious action urgently.
