Complaint against tripclues regarding pathetic services & charges

I had done a booking for Hotel Eden Residency from 13th Aug,2017 to 15th Aug,2017 for 3 Standard rooms & 1 Deluxe Room at Shillong. The booking was done through tripclues and i had done 50% advance payment for the same.I had asked for photographs of the rooms and my booking was done based on the photographs shared by tripclues. At the the time of check-in the standard rooms given to us were pathetic,there were broken windows,cracked walls and as it was raining,there was water leakage also in the 3 standard rooms.They charged me extra for the Deluxe room but at the time of check-in they were giving me standard rooms saying we can join the beds for you.After lot of argument they finally agreed to give me the deluxe room with queen size bed but they didn’t agree to change the 3 standard rooms which was in pathetic condition.I spoke to tripclues’s agent Mr Amit Singh who did my booking and he kept asking me for 5 mins to resolve the issue but alas he said he cannot help me.I asked for refund,he asked me to refer to Refund policy and told the 50% advance paid is non-refundable.Infact,he asked me to share the photographs of the room and send it to him so that I can actually prove the rooms are pathetic.The photographs shared by tripclues were not of standard rooms,they shared the photographs of executive rooms at the time of booking and at the time of check-in they gave us standard rooms.I wouldn’t have booked the hotel at first place if actual photographs were shared with.I finally had to leave the hotel and searched for another hotel myself.Neither tripclues nor the Hotel staff had the courtesy to help me out in anyway. Tripclues employee was very happy to ruin my vacation by wasting my time there and by not refunding my money.Please help me out.
