I had Placed an order on July 25, 2017 on Snapdeal order No.- 19549866859 Reebok white running Shoes and made a online Payment of Rs 2299/- . I received a damaged producton August 1, 2017 and on August 2, 2017 i place a return request and as per SLA the team needs to rever with 48 hrs , since i didnt received any call and no one came to pick up a product i called the Customer Care team, they assured me they will call me in next 24 to 48 hrs and pick up the product again i follwed up and finally on August 6 , 2017 i receive an e-mail stating that we found your account doesnot passes the internal checks so we suspended your account .
When i called up an exceutive they told me your returns are more than Purchase so we will not give you your money back Refernce No- 43190624 . This is really not acceptable. If my account had faults and issues Snapdeal should have not accepted my online Payment . Moreover Snapdeal no where mentiones that you can return the product only 1time or 2 time . A person can never see the physical product so its natural the returns are going to happen .
Have have sent a multiple followup e-mails to these ids [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] from Snap deal their is no response and finaly when i mentioned i will have to go to consumer court i receive a call from ” their executives .
Every time SNAPDEAL executives calls me and i have to explain the entire history , why cant they just go throw the entire email chain and every executive tells me that they are the final level of escalation fail to understand how many final level of escalations authority they …. till now NEHA, MOSSIS, and VIKASH have called me and they have similar reply that “your account does not passes our internal check and we cannot disclose the reason ” on probing they say …. “we will not refund your money coz your returns are more “. I really fail to understand that no where policy mentions the same .
Moreover SNAPDEAL executive Vikash tell me Snapdeal has all the right to not refund or take back the product. This is insane you have sold me a defective product and when i raise a return request you are giving me wag reasons
I feel cheated and really don’t want the Indian citizen to get cheated ..
I have been very tolerant , but snapdeal has no value for genuine people . If they value customers then definitely theyshould return my money.
I feel its a Cheap strategy of making money faurding the Indian customers and i see several other have a same issue …. Its like cheating citizens of India by making wrong disclaimers and promises on their website. I think the CEO KUNAL has no bell ringing in his ears inspite of so many e-mails …..
SNAPDEAL have mentally traumatized me by taken away my money.
I would definitely like to share my bad experience with SNAPDEAL with maximum Indian citizen and all the rating agency and on all the possible platforms and social media , consumer court, so that i can save at least few Indian citizen
