Fake offer

I got a call yeasterday from an agent of stylefamily.in He told me that i’m a lucky winner and i won a prize. I asked him to text me about the prize and he txted me this ” Dear Sir,
Your 4 Assured Gift Is 1. Dell Laptop 2. Led Tv 3. Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime And 4. 18 Crt. Gold Platted Jewellary Set
Regards: Style Family ” . So to get the prize i just have to shopping online atleast 3000 from their online store. I said i’ll tell them after 2 hr. He called me again after 2 hour. I said i can’t buy for 3000 because i don’t need. I told them i like 2 item from their site and that is skull candy earphone and a memory card which cost me around 1347 , if you can give my prize on this amount then i’ll buy…. He said that okay sir you will get prize and he only booked my items and asked me to make the paymet through paytm… I said i’ll give only 450 amount and rest of the amount after the delivery…he agreed to it. Then after i paid them 450. His senior called me and he told that i’m not eligible for the prize because i have to buy items of atleast 3000 and and i have to half amount i.e. 1500 now and 1500 after the delivery. Then i told them that your agent only agreed my request then i made the payment. He said that the agent will be penalised for this. He asked my to make a payment of 900 to get the prize… I said that i can’t pay more please cancel my order and give my 450 back. He explained me that i’ll get it after 45 days. I agreed to that. He gave the message to the agent to cancel my request. The agent called me and said ” sir you will not get your money back because it is in my hand to cancel your order and i’ll cancel it. Because of you they deducted 900 from my salary. So i’ll cancel your order. Either you have to make the payment of 900 to get prize or will not get anything.” He was forcing me to make the payment. And he was talking disrespectfully to me. Please do something about this matter or against this company.
