I had purchased one philips induction cooker in feb 2017. Due to overload, its circuit corrupted a month before. I registered a complaint with philips customer care. Technician came after 3 days abd checked the cooker. He said he would come after 2/3 days to replace the circuit board with a new one and it would be covered within the warrenty. Later he did not appear. When I recall customer care, then I came to know that the complaint no has been closed by service center. So they registered a new service request and told within 4 hrs I would get a call from technician. I have been waiting for 7 days without a call. Its been 1 month I am unable to use the cooker. I am getting in touch with customer care on regular basis. It seems they are speechless. Please help. Really bad service from philips.
