Sending fake and used products and very bad customer service

Dear Sir,

I am Swaroop kumar, i have purchased Canon EOS 1300D 18MP Digital SLR Camera (Black) with 18-55 and 55-250mm IS II Lens, 16GB Card and Carry Case, through amazon order number 171-3437334-9253157 on 10.07.2017, they delivered used product and i returned the same to them and Amazon replaced the product order number 408-0622235-0259551 and delivered on 26.07.2017, again they sent used product,
immediately i contacted Amazon customer care service and sent images of the product which is i received, and they agree for collect the product from me and return the money back, but on 27.07.2017 to 31.07.2017, there is no amazon person come to me to collect the product, and every time when call to Amazon customer service they are saying they will collect the product next day….

I am requesting you kindly help me in this,
