False messages about special offers

I am using idea network for over last 1 year. And i am having so many issues regarding the service. Recently i have recharged Rs.347 special offer pack which gives me the information that with this recharge i will get unlimited calling and 1gb/day 3g data for 28 days and when i have recharged i got only 1gb 3g data for 28 days. When i called the customer care service they are saying you will get 1gb/day only when you are using 4g handset. It was nowhere written at the time of my recharge but after recharging they are giving this information that too when asked to the executives.
PATHETIC service of IDEA. Really RUDE to the customers.
