Pls note i was using Airtel Wi-Fi connection no. 8828439992 ( this was my old no.)
Received call from Airtel advising new plans with better rate ( Rs 999 -100GB/ month with per day limit 3GB )
As advised plan was good , so we have asked to activate it on my above no.
But it was advised that it will be difficult to activate this plan on existing Sim and need to change it.
Without any further updated a executive visited with New Sim and after installing new sim it was advised that the plan will be activated next day .
Also advised that the old Sim is of no use as already given closer request is raised to Airtel on 20th june.
As the new sim was not activated for 2-3days we have visited Aitel Store at Prabhadevi and informed them about the problem.
As per their suggestion we have taken New Sim with connection no.8433999744 from Storeto activate new plan of Rs 999, and informed us that it will be activated in 2hrs. Called up earlier executive/office and informed them to stop the activation process of earlier issued Sim.
So accordingly my old connection is closed and new connection is started.
Now received Bill for both the above connection.
How can bill is raised for old connection no.8828439992 when it was closed .
Cannot accept this…..
if the connection is kept activate after informing about closer then it’s Airtel responsibility…..
